This statement informs you about the processing of personal data on chemielos.at in accordance with the GDPR.

Scope of processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. Processing generally takes place only with the user's consent, unless a legal basis permits the processing.

Storage period

Personal data is deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies or a legal period expires, unless it is still required for the conclusion or performance of a contract.

Access data and server log files

When you visit the website, the server automatically stores access data in log files, in particular:

• IP address of the requesting computer
• date and time of access
• name and URL of the file retrieved and amount of data transferred
• status message about the retrieval
• browser and operating-system information
• website from which access is made and name of the internet provider

This processing serves to establish the connection, system security and technical administration. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required.

Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies to make the website user-friendly and to provide essential functions. These cookies are not used to create user profiles. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Should analytics or marketing cookies be used in future, this will only happen with your consent.

Enquiry and contact form

Via our appointment form you can request a free demonstration. We process the data you provide:

• Name (mandatory)
• E-mail (mandatory)
• Town/city (mandatory)
• Phone (optional)

We use this data solely to process your enquiry and to arrange a demonstration appointment. It is not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, in a contractual context, additionally Art. 6(1)(b). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, usually within twelve months, unless there are statutory retention obligations.

Embedded YouTube videos

This website embeds application videos via YouTube. When a video is played, a connection is established to Google's (YouTube's) servers and data may be transferred to Google. We use the enhanced privacy mode where possible. We have no influence over the data processing by Google; Google's privacy policy applies.
