This statement informs you about the processing of personal data on chemielos.at in accordance with the GDPR.

Scope of processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. Processing generally takes place only with the user's consent, unless a legal basis permits the processing.
Legal bases
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is given.
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for compliance with a legal obligation.
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to safeguard legitimate interests.
Storage period
Personal data is deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies or a legal period expires, unless it is still required for the conclusion or performance of a contract.
Access data and server log files
When you visit the website, the server automatically stores access data in log files, in particular:
- IP address of the requesting computer
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file retrieved and amount of data transferred
- status message about the retrieval
- browser and operating-system information
- website from which access is made and name of the internet provider
This processing serves to establish the connection, system security and technical administration. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required.
Cookies
We use technically necessary cookies to make the website user-friendly and to provide essential functions. These cookies are not used to create user profiles. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We set analytics and marketing cookies exclusively after your consent via our cookie banner (see the following sections).
Consent and cookie banner
On your first visit we ask for your consent to statistics and marketing services via a cookie banner. Without your agreement these services are not loaded; by default all consent-requiring cookies are disabled (Google Consent Mode v2). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the link Cookie settings. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Google Analytics 4
After your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to analyse and improve the use of our website. Pseudonymous usage data is processed, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device used and time spent. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Google Ads
After your consent we use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) to measure the success of our ads (conversion tracking) and to show you relevant ads again (remarketing). The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Meta Pixel
After your consent we use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, to measure the success of ads on Facebook and Instagram and to build audiences. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Data transfer to the USA
Google and Meta may also process data in the USA. Both companies are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, standard contractual clauses are in place. Access by US authorities cannot be completely ruled out despite these safeguards. With your consent you also agree to this transfer under Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR.

Via our appointment form you can request a free demonstration. We process the data you provide:
- Name (mandatory)
- E-mail (mandatory)
- Town/city (mandatory)
- Phone (optional)
We use this data solely to process your enquiry and to arrange a demonstration appointment. It is not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, in a contractual context, additionally Art. 6(1)(b). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, usually within twelve months, unless there are statutory retention obligations.
Embedded YouTube videos
This website embeds application videos via YouTube. When a video is played, a connection is established to Google's (YouTube's) servers and data may be transferred to Google. We use the enhanced privacy mode where possible. We have no influence over the data processing by Google; Google's privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Within the framework of the law you always have the right to:
- access to the data stored about you
- rectification of incorrect data
- erasure of your data
- restriction of processing
- data portability
- objection to processing
- withdrawal of consent with effect for the future
